Job Description:
• Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. • Respond to medical emergencies promptly, stabilizing patients and initiating necessary interventions. • Monitor patient progress, update clinical records, and communicate changes to the attending physician or consultant. • Assist senior doctors and specialists in medical procedures, surgeries, or diagnostic tests. • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret their results to guide patient care. • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and guidelines while delivering patient care. • Communicate with patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and progress. • Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient management. • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including case histories and treatment plans.
